#44: She Started Ask Elizabeth Workshops for Teen Girls in 2006
In 2006, Berkley began leading Ask Elizabeth workshops for teen girls. The sessions focused on body image, self-esteem, friendship, goals, and personal confidence, drawing on the kinds of pressures young women often face during adolescence.

The project marked a meaningful shift in her public life. Instead of being defined only by Jessie Spano or Nomi Malone, Berkley began building work around mentorship and emotional support. It also gave her a way to speak directly to young women after years of being judged in public herself. Her next chapter was becoming more personal.
