Healthcare workers who work the ER night shift have seen many wild things that defy explanation. This X-ray technician once encountered a man who had his entire ankle twisted backward. We’re not even joking. The guy’s foot was literally twisted backward on this leg, but nothing was broken. 

Apparently, all that needed to be done was a super-hard pull on the bone to snap it back into place. The human body is weird sometimes. It’s moments like these that make us remember why we didn’t go into the healthcare field. That sounds like a truly unpleasant experience for everyone involved.
