After her tumultuous marriage to Desi Arnaz, Lucille found stability with comedian Gary Morton. They married in 1961, and Gary became a supportive partner who helped manage her career during her later years.
Unlike her first marriage, their relationship was marked by harmony and mutual respect. Gary often referred to himself as “Mr. Ball” and happily stayed in the background while Lucille remained in the spotlight; their enduring partnership lasted until she died in 1989.
