However, it turns out there are people who could not be bothered to clean up their tracks a little bit better. If there’s one thing all of these cops and CSI shows have taught us, it is that the evidence never lies! 

Many people think they can get away with anything if they cover their tracks well enough. Not surprisingly, that’s not even close to reality since not only are cops smarter, but technology has also got much better. I really hope this Animal Control Officer at least managed to fine this family with something because people who torture dogs shouldn’t get away with it.
